  We deliver products in Nairobi and across Kenya. Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur extra charges.

• Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery in Nairobi: 0-3 days

  • Time for custom or large installations will be communicated after assessment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

• Shipping Costs

  • is Flat rate of Kshs. 600.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and shipping method chosen.
  • Order with Local pick up do not attract any delivery fee for client is to come and pick from the shop

• Order Processing
  Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For custom installations, site visits may be required.

• Tracking
  Where possible, we will provide tracking or contact details. For installations or service visits, we’ll schedule with you in advance.

• Delays
